Sauna Rules
Sauna rules
To make the sauna enjoyable for everyone, it is necessary to follow simple rules:
- Shower and dry off before using the sauna.
- Place a dry sheet and place on the bottom of the sauna under your feet.
- Use a dry sauna sheet to sit on.
- Use towels to wipe sweat during the sauna (the skin gets better blood circulation and the sweating - detoxification process works better).
- You can enter the already heated sauna or immediately after switching it on (sweating occurs after approx. 15 minutes).
- Only one sauna cycle (15-40 minutes) is sufficient. When setting the total sauna time on the sauna controller, an acoustic signal sounds 5 minutes before the end of the cycle.
- After the sauna session, open the door a little and let cooler air flow into the sauna - it will slowly cool you down and stop the sweating process. After about 5 minutes, get out of the sauna, wipe off any sweat and go take a shower.
- It is important to hydrate after the sauna - drinking unsweetened water is ideal, but never ice / cold, nor alcohol.
- Put used towels and sheets in the basket near the sauna.
Thank you for helping us maintain the sauna for other guests as well..:o)
SAUNA CONTROL
1. Turning on the sauna
Turn on the sauna by pressing the POWER button on the control panel, which is located on the inner or outer wall of the sauna. The power indicator (POWER) under the display will light up and the sauna will turn on with the set temperature and time values. You can turn off the sauna by pressing the POWER button. There will be a power cut and everything will go out.
2. Setting the heating time
When the device is on, you can use the + and - (Time) buttons to increase or decrease the sauna heating time. When you press once, it will increase or decrease by 1 minute. If you hold down the button, the corresponding value will change in fast mode. If you do not press the setting button within 5 seconds, the value will stop flashing and the set time will be saved. During the sauna, the set time will count down after one minute. When the remaining time is less than 5 minutes, the unit will beep repeatedly. Now you can reset the time of the new sauna. If you do not set the time again, the sauna will continue to work, and when the time display shows 0, the device will automatically turn off.

When the device is on, use the + and - (Temperature) buttons to increase or decrease the sauna heating temperature. When you press once, the temperature will increase or decrease by 1 degree. If you do not press the setting button within 5 seconds, the value stops flashing, the set temperature is saved and the current temperature in the sauna is shown on the display. Note: The surrounding environment and the location of the temperature sensor affect the difference between the actual measured temperature inside the sauna and the heating temperature set on the control panel, by up to 5 °C.
5. Start heating or turn off heating
When the device is switched on, the POWER indicator below the display lights up, and if the temperature in the sauna is lower than the set temperature, the HEAT indicator below the display lights up and the heating units start working. If you lower the set temperature by 2 °C below the temperature in the sauna, the heating units will stop heating. The suitable temperature is 50 °C, if the ambient temperature is low, it will require a longer time to heat. When the temperature reaches the set value, the heating units stop working, the HEAT indicator light goes out. When the heating units stop working, the set temperature will be maintained inside the sauna for a certain period of time, and when the internal temperature drops by 2 °C, the heating units will start again and will work until the set value is reached.
